Educational programme for leaders of selected BMOs. Module #6 (28-30.04.2017) | Освітня програма для лідерів обраних БО. Модуль №6 (28-30.04.2017)
A high-level visit led by German State Secretary for Economic Cooperation and Development, Jochen Flasbarth, to Galkayo showcased the vital role of the BMZ-funded Joint Resilience Programme through KfW. The delegation visited key sites supported by UNICEF and the World Food Programme. The visit highlighted the importance of integrated support through the Joint Resilience Programme (JRP), focusing on improving child nutrition, promoting immunization, and enhancing WASH services. These efforts are crucial in strengthening community resilience, aiming to reach over 600,000 people across Puntland and Galmudug. During the visit, the delegation met with senior government officials from Galmudug and representatives from UNICEF and WFP. Discussions focused on collaborative efforts to advance health, nutrition, and education—building stronger, more resilient communities and brighter futures for every child.
