United Nations Disarmament Fellowship Programme participants view the ceremonial U.S. flag, presented in recognition of the OPCW’s extensive efforts in verifying the destruction of all declared chemical weapons, during a guided tour led by Christian Nissen, Senior Political Affairs Officer, at the OPCW Headquarters in The Hague on 15 April 2025.
My company has provided pro bono legal support during the beginning of the Paralympics. I was lucky enough to be given one of the official programmes, along with a ticket to the opening ceremony. Great for the memory box.

Programme for Phillip Barrett's company production of 'Watch on the Rhine' (by Lillian Hellman), performed at the Hippodrome Theatre, Keighley, from Monday 19th June 1944.
The production starred husband and wife team, Phillip Barrett and Eileen Herlie, with support from Gertrude Ayton, George Ricarde, Gladys Wykeham-Edwards, Patrick Laurence, Sheila Bain, Wilfred Stephens, Gerald Faulkner, Eric Ridehalgh and Constance Parsons. It was directed by Phillip Barrett.
The programme also included adverts for various local businesses: L. B. Lockwood & Co. (carpets and curtains) of Newall Street in Bradford; Timothy Taylor's beers of Knowle Spring Brewery; Thomas Whitehead & Son (Tanners) Ltd. of Church Green; Dobson's Health Food & Herbal Store of Cavendish Street; Airways Taxis; R. Dewhurst (tobacconist) of Kirkgate in Silsden; The Keighley Savings Committee; and E. & T. Wall Ltd. (wine merchants) of Hanover Street. The programme was printed by Sun Street Printing Works (Keighley) Ltd.
The programme was saved by Margaret Archer and was donated to Keighley and District Local History Society by Brian R. Clough in 2023.
