Double-page from the theatre programme for a production of 'Playbill', staged by The Theatre Group at Keighley Little Theatre in January 1968. These pages includes the cast lists.

The Theatre Group's production of 'Playbill', by Terrence Rattigan, was performed at the Keighley Little Theatre from Tuesday 16th to Saturday 20th January 1968, with a special performance for old age pensioners on Monday 15th January. The production consisted of a double-bill of two short plays by Rattigan - 'The Browning Version' and 'Harlequinade'. The producer was Eileen Puddephatt, who fell ill with flu during rehearsals but had recovered sufficiently for the actual performances. The Keighley Co-operative Society loaned furniture for the production.

Six acting newcomers joined the Group for this production: John Marsden (part of the Marsden performing dynasty, being the eldest son of Keith and Gwenda Marsden), Barbara Park, Peter Nunn, David Arthurs, Jean Sylvester and David Bottomley. Others in the two casts included Robert Tribe, Jack Hepworth, Colin Chapman, Michael (Mike) Boothroyd, Pauline Dennison, John Puddephatt, Mollie Thornton, George Hinds, Kay Warren, Terry Trippett, and Susan Northrop.

The 12-page programme is part of the Christine Broadley Collection, donated by Christine in 2024.
