An old experiment with Florian Jennet's structured light scan, doing basic triangulation and drawing each face semi-transparently.
Clearly over-processed but there is something in the exaggerated glow on the trees that intrigues me.
We're testing a new app for internal time tracking . Very brutal, almost makes me want to cry :)

Still playing around with my first work, Process_01. Either you take to it or not. I kind of like the forms it's making.
It was working well with listening to Minamo's 'When Unwelt Melts'
The final shot for the series, finally reveals the couple who celebrating the anniversary. The image is very clear and the light cast little shadow. Seems very warm and inviting.

1. using a cobbled-up plumb bob, I tape on two strings on either side of where the waterfall will be, and beginning the water with a blurry blue-white glaze 2. A separate drawing of the gothic spire is photo-copied, and this is rubbed on the back with a #2 lead pencil, taped to the painting, and traced to transfer the sketch onto the canvas. I then base paint the spire in raw umber, leaving space where there are edges and transitions. These will be filled in as the spire takes on more form. 3. now I begin doing the spire roof in dark greens. 4. continuing to build up the layers of patina in greens and blue-greens

So this projects was my final project for my degree, its a self initiated project about the design process.
to cut a long story short i made up three things i really believe in about design. these were as follows:
Process is just as important as product
Design is a labour of love
and One amalgamation of things i
believe design should be.
all these three things were created using three different process, three which i really enjoy doing being:
Screen printing
Hand Drawing
Digital
These were then all documented from intial ideas to production to try to give people a greater appreciation for design and the design process.
The Videos for each of these pieces will be up soon!
This was the book i created to document each piece in print form, the book is french folded with screenshots in a contact sheet format to try to get people to understand what is inside a design. The front pages are just key points through the initial, development, production stages.
