working on legibility by separating letter cells from the neighbourhood. It's a bit too drastic though and I want the effect to look less like simple extrusion. Currently also hitting a boundary in MeshLab which crashes when trying to import models with 4 million+ triangles... :(
This is my first go at trichrome imaging. The images were taken as monochrome JPEGS using red, green and blue filters. The images were then minimally processed for exposure values and then added to the RGB channels of a new PSD document.

I found this one. I didnt know it was on the card. A HDR from 1 RAW shot with a Sigma 10-20 @10mm converted to B&W and wide cropped.

Now this is much better. But there's this nagging feeling in my head that there's something missing in this.
Is it the face (over-exposed)?
Or the pose? Maybe the shadows are distracting?

I think I gotta reduce the intensity of the snoots. I did try that, but then the colour filter was totally ineffective. I could have added the hues in CS2, but then again, what's the point?
Heligan House, the former centrepiece of the Gardens of Heligan, now believed to be flats and not part of the Gardens.
The first large building at Heligan, near Mevagissey in Cornwall, was a manor house constructed in the 13th century, but the gardens date from the 18th century, first noted in 1766. For many years the gardens were developed extensively, with a Chinese Garden and an Italian Garden amongst others, but all came to an abrupt end upon the outbreak of war in August 1914. The shelterbelt trees were cut down for the war effort, the house became a convalescent home, almost all of the staff went off to war, and the gardens went untended and soon became overgrown.
The much quoted "it's an ill wind that blows nobody any good" really applies here as it was the devasting storm (the so-called hurricane) of October 1990 that revealed the first clue as to what had been here and set in train a process that is ongoing. Since then, the work of many dedicated people, paid and unpaid, has recreated much of what the gardens once were, in an ongoing project that is the largest garden restoration in Europe.
This trailer has been through very experiments and is still in process. This modified Canadian Tire trailer kit will have the abilities to shimmy shake, jump, and cock to one side. My intention is to produce a project that emphasizes the fasination with custom suspension and animated everyday machines. I find these types of trailers interesting as they cater to domestic/suburban lifestyles...hauling stuff from home to cottage...hauling stuff from stores or yard sales...hauling garbage....etc. But for the most part these trailers spend more time sitting in the driveway then rolling down the road.
Cut out and made up my TP for the Thought Processor show at Munky King on Melrose on the 3rd. Looking pretty slick. Just gotta do the 2d piece now.

We never got any deer from anyone from here but our daughter over in Nebraska got more than they needed, given to them so I met them over in Maryville last Sunday, half way between us and brought back two deer and we worked them up on Monday, getting them ground up and put away by evening. It was about to much work for an old man and woman, but it got done.
How do Sorting Algorithms look like? A pixelrow of a photograph is taken and then sorted by colorvalues. Done with processing.
Two years ago, I was commissioned by Seed Magazine to create a series of fractal images for an issue which featured an interview with Benoit Mandelbrot. I was told to make color variations of the 'Buddhabrot', which was a fractal having a striking resemblance to a sitting Buddha figure.
The code to create the fractal was recreated from pseudocode posted on many different fractal forums.
