I had trouble finding a place to park and I had to walk a bit to get to the place to take the photos of the stadium. I thought I should catch one of just the clouds and sunset.

I went out intending to take pictures of the domes this afternoon, but I got a little distracted (mainly I missed the exit) and I took the photos here instead. Lucky turns and timing let me get these last three of the stadium at sunset.
This was a final project I created my junior year in college. The class was Lighting and Sound Technology
Using the RC Contoller allowed a person to wirelessly dim the lights shown
It also allowed a person to choose either the red or blue lights to illuminate.

I went out intending to take pictures of the domes this afternoon, but I got a little distracted (mainly I missed the exit) and I took the photos here instead.
I like cities like Milwaukee because there is a mix of very different buildings. There are new buildings like the Calatrava Addition to the Art Museum, there are old classical architecture buildings and there old industrial buildings like these. I see a lot of potential in a building like this, (and that generally doesn't include condos although if thats what it takes to keep them from being razed, so be it)
You know how people explain that it took a long list of coincidences for certain things to happen. Well this is once of those I guess. The purpose of this picture is to show the bruises on my wrist from the handcuffs. No it wasn't a night of fun and debauchery. far from it. I got stopped and eventually fined for trespassing. The nice officer took the handcuffs off, but the security guard had put them on quite tight earlier. These bruises went away after about 12 hours. I'll explain more when the pictures I was taking get developed and I post them.
oh and this was after the start of my day

I've spent a fair amount of this summer both procrastinating and working on other projects and my office remodel has suffered. I took a few days straight (including a weekend) and worked on it pretty steady to get it to this very workable stopping point. I like it. It was worth all the hard work. Larger View
Oh and yes, IT IS a standing desk. It's taking a little getting used to, but I haven't had one thought of regret yet about it.

During my bad bad day last week I followed through on using up some film I had left for my other camera. I took 4 rolls of Kodak B&W film that is processed like color film. I just got the scans back from Target and here are some of roll #1. More to come.
