At last, some proactive management of the old poplar trees in Hills Meadow. Until now they have just removed the chunks that fall across the footpaths and bridge after high winds. Only taken 20 years of complaining to get them to work on the trees.
And what a roller coaster of emotions..after 8 days I was clear, then 3 days later...some of the same pimples came right back!! Thank god things are looking up again!

Proactively Moody Image with a Dramatic Look of an orange tabby cat with green eyes in a red barn.
Intention: Well, after being extremely to find the cat with green eyes in this window, I wanted to capture the contrasting colors of its green eyes and the red barn that he was in. I also wanted it to be a bit moody, especially because it worked so well with the time of day and the amount of light that was hitting the window at the time.
Outcome: I love it. I did go back and forth on the brightness of the white in its chest, so maybe I would adjust that a bit more, but I do think that it leads your eye to his left eye and then back around.
From the Reading: Duchemin writes about the use of color and contrast and how the use of these can be just as powerful as scale to create a similar affect: “Green will look green enough, but put something magenta into the scene and the green will look even greener.”
Edits: Cropped, used spot healing brush and clone stamp tool to clean up the dirty window a bit, used ACR to adjust clarity, texture, dehire, and exposure slightly, brightened the cat's eyes and face, added a vignette
Since our arrival in New York City, i have been very proactive and enthusiastic to shoot as much as possible. One of the projects im working on is Dogs and owners of NYC.
Here attached is the second dog shoot I have done. i met Michael while walking through central park on a tour with my family, I saw Michael and Murphy sitting on a bench, took a shot of
them and walked away, my brother told me I would never find a guy with such a big mustache again, and i had to get his number for the dog shoot, So I went back and got his details and 1 week later
we were shooting this story in Central Park .
Thank you Michael and Murphy for your time
If you would like to be proactive in supporting our Palestinian brothers follow the link below. These individuals choose to fight against the humiliation of their people, to rise above oppression, discrimination, terror & violence even if it means death. They know it is better to live one day as a lion over a hundred years as a donkey. Death is nothing, to live defeated is to die every day. Share this link, help your brothers.
