Operation Christmas Child Reunion.
This trumpet player use to come every year to play some Christmas Carols on his trumpet while volunteers worked in the warehouse with the shoebox gifts for children. This was his way of volunteering and giving of his talent.
It was nice to see him again after five years! The warehouse work for Samaritans Purse in Ontario, closed and moved to Calgary, Alberta five years ago.
I was on staff for 4 years myself along with my son for 1 year.
It was nice to come to this reunion and see some of the wonderful people I use to work with again after five years!

At South Coast Winery in Temecula, they were having a wedding - I think someone forgot to put the cleavage in the front!

'Exos' is a Canadian troupe living and performing in Geneva. I shot these images during a private party late 2006. Their work might be described as 'movement theatre' built on circus techniques and wrapped in a creative soundscape. The members of the group have an elegant presence expressed through an imaginative and astounding series of floating acrobatic sequences, contorsions, wire-walking, and dance set to an electro-type music that offers an unreal universe where mermaids and poetry mix in a lyric chaos.
she slips among the waves and sea creatures
in silent recognition
tho none speak of her
to speak her name would be death
she acknowledges no creature in her sadness
only the sea weary sailors
lulling them to their eternal sleep
as they drown in her melodic voice...

Operation Christmas Child Reunion.
Paul & Eleanor have been involved the longest with Operation Christmas Child here in Ontario. They are still involved to this day and run a little workshop on Mill St. in Kitchener, Ontario. There, they make everything from pencil cases to stuffed animals to give to children around the world.
They were my bosses the first couple years I worked on staff with OCC.

Operation Christmas Child Reunion
Jack Kalenderian was my boss and Manager of Operation Christmas Child the last year it had a headquarters in Ontario (2018). Here, Jack is getting a hug from long time leader Eleanor Ross after not seeing her for a few years and because she was happy Jack recovered from being in the hospital for 7 months (He almost didn't make it through.)
