Bought a printer today. Some genius decided there was no need to include a USB cable, and no need to label the box "USB cable sold separately". But I found one in my tangle of orphan cords, and printed some stuff.

In its May 1927 issue, The Inland Printer featured a selection of letterheads by The Folks Creative Printers, Inc. (AKA The Folks on Gospel Hill) of Marion, Ohio. There is some great 1920s lettering in these (who is the “especially trained artist”?), and I love the green and red-orange the magazine chose for the reprints.

Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory's first "Radiation Printer", circa 1964. It got its name from its manufacturer, Radiation, Inc., of Melbourne, Florida. It was based on an electrographic printing technology, and utilized huge rolls of paper weighing more than 200 pounds.
