#survival Recession-Proof Living: Practical Life Principles for Thriving in Uncertain Times #prepping

i chose this because it lookes unified

This engraving is part of the group marked with the letter “B”, and named Cosmic Principles and the Virtues, which comprises the three Universal principles or Genii (Light, Time, and Space) alongside the four cardinal virtues (Prudence, Temperance, Fortitude and Justice) and the three theological ones (Faith, Hope, and Charity). The three allegorical figures of the Genii open group B and appear to be an artistic invention of the author of the Tarocchi series.

Here, Iliaco (Genius or Spirit of the Sun) personifies the Sun which is thought to be the soul of the world. He is shown as a winged full-length male youth in profile, turned to left. Behind him is a distant forest. In his right hand, Iliaco holds up a sun-face.

Italy, Ferrara, 15th century

Did you know...

This is the second personification of the sun that appears within the set of Tarocchi, after the engraving displaying Apollo (1924.432.20) and before the one showing the sun as a star (1924.432.44).

When capturing this image, I considered the FACIT principles, focusing on angleI chose an angle that positioned the clock against a lighter, contrasting building in the background, ensuring it stood out clearly and drew the viewer's attention. The image tells the story of Chicago's timeless connection to its architecture. I shot this in manual mode to have full control over the exposure settings, allowing me to balance the light effectively while preserving the intricate details of the clock and ensuring the contrast with the background was just right.

the five tenets are a collection of principles by which i guide both my work and personal life.

What principles or traits describe the type of job you would like to work in?

One of the principles of communication says that from a message with an average complexity structure, the receiver will retain the first and last part better, with the indication that the first part also has the power to determine it or not to reach the last one.
