Part of Brockhampton Moated Manor House. A medieval manor house in Herefordshire and this is the kitchen of the humble farmhouse which has changed very little over 250 years. Now a National Trust property well worth a visit.

while Stefan tried to get the train (he stood behind me and was holding his tripod...) I tried some panoramic exercise. Unfortunately the station was always full of people, so we didn´t manage to get a free way; this brought some movement however. I haven´t thought, this kind of picture would get my first panorama, but here it is.

Photo No. 4 of Project No. 2 - 2023 Focus stacking. While focus stacking added a little clarity to the orchids, its main contribution seems to be the added shine to the leaves - unintended consequences. The Orchids have been blooming for over a month, yet not a single flower has wilted - Magic!
Celebrating tree growth and tree Tuesdays everyday! A joy for me to see. (I wandered around this year to view, but without a camera.)
"The Douglas fir (Pseudotsuga menziesii) is an evergreen conifer species in the pine family, Pinaceae. It is native to western North America and is also known as Douglas-fir, Douglas spruce, Oregon pine, and Columbian pine. There are three varieties: coast Douglas-fir (P. menziesii var. menziesii), Rocky Mountain Douglas-fir (P. menziesii var. glauca) and Mexican Douglas-fir (P. menziesii var. lindleyana)."

"You always live your life
Never thinking of the future
Prove yourself
You are the move you make
Take your chances, win or loser
See yourself
You are the steps you take
You and you, and that's the only way
Shake, shake yourself
You're every move you make
So the story goes..." -Yes
I got Jane to pose by a window so I could capture some of the super bubbly bokeh you can get from this Polish projector lens.
I was getting some harsh shadows from the sides of the chair she was under so I used a little fill flash.
There is a sort of pleasing softness to this lens that will likely make it good for portraits of humans. For the cat, it softens her fur more, making her look prettier than ever.
This lens was made by Łódzkie Zakłady Kinotechniczne and according to Wikipedia, that was the only factory in Poland to make projectors.
