Alcaldesa Virginia Reginato, dio a conocer el plan preventivo del Departamento de Seguridad Ciudadana de la Municipalidad de Viña del Mar, con el propósito de reforzar la seguridad de los vecinos y visitantes que concurran a la ciudad para celebrar estas Fiestas Patrias.
Dicho plan, se aplicará desde el día miércoles 17 hasta el día domingo 21 de septiembre, orientándose en todos los sectores de la comuna viñamarina, con énfasis en el borde costero, cuyo funcionamiento será las 24 horas. Para ello, Seguridad Ciudadana cuenta con 17 móviles nuevos, que se encuentran monitoreados satelitalmente y comunicados directamente a la central y dos motoristas, distribuidos en turnos durante todo el día.
A esta iniciativa se suma el Sistema de Cámaras de Televigilancia, que prontamente, junto a su actualización tecnológica, llegarán a un total de 128 en la comuna, de las cuales 39 de ellas cuentan con megafonía e interfonía, conectadas directamente con la central de comunicaciones. Es así, que con este sistema la comunidad podrá realizar denuncias, avisos de accidentes, emergencia o solicitar informaciones, a través de su botón SOS.
Asimismo, el Departamento de Seguridad Ciudadana entregará apoyo en situaciones de emergencias y accidentes de tránsito, además, de realizar fiscalizaciones al comercio ilegal en los lugares tradicionalmente destinados al esparcimiento y donde se espera una gran concurrencia de público, trabajando en coordinación con otros departamentos municipales y ambas policías.

Le "kit juridique" est un ensemble de séminaire de formation couvrant le domaine juridique. Il s'agit notamment des actions préventives et/ ou des démarches juridiques à entreprendre pour protéger les investissements, prévoir les divers risques liés aux contrats/ juridiques et/ ou récupérer les créances clients. Différents thèmes sont proposés tout au long de l'année.
Les retards et/ ou fautes de règlement de vos débiteurs peuvent nuire l'équilibre financier d'une entreprise. Si vous êtes confrontés à ce genre de problème, des débiteurs refusant de vous régler ou ayant de graves difficultés financières, vous vous devez de réagir rapidement pour recouvrer vos factures afin d'éviter de mettre votre entreprise en péril.
Le recouvrement est la démarche réalisée par un créancier afin d'obtenir de son débiteur l'acquittement de la dette d'argent contractée envers lui. Il peut être obtenu de deux moyens de droits différents : amiable ou judiciaire.

The fourth and final safety drill exercise in Phalombe District, Malawi, focuses on protection — teaching students how to prevent, recognize, and report abuse or violence.
One of the key mechanisms discussed is the Child Helpline (phone number 116), a toll-free service that children, parents, and community members can call to report cases of child abuse, violence, or neglect, or to seek counselling and support. The helpline is managed by Childline Malawi in collaboration with the Ministry of Gender, Community Development and Social Welfare, with support from UNICEF and other partners.
The school is practicing four types of drills: fire, earthquake, flood, and protection scenarios. The activity helps children learn how to respond safely in emergencies, guided by clear sign boards and colored flags across the school grounds.
In Malawi, the Climate Smart Education Systems Initiative led by the Government of Malawi and supported by GPE in partnership with UNESCO, UNESCO-IIEP, and Save the Children — is helping build a more resilient education system. Through school safety drills, emergency preparedness training, and climate-smart planning, the programme equips schools and communities to protect children’s learning from the growing impacts of floods, droughts, and other climate-related hazards.
