Saranno quasi una decina le cassette piene di millenari manufatti, con ossa, frammenti di anfore, vasi di ceramica, pilastrini, basi di colonne, un pezzo di mandibola con i denti incastonati. Tutti lasciati per strada, in mezzo alla spazzatura come fossero robaccia.

Tutti lasciati per strada, in mezzo alla spazzatura come fossero robaccia. Uno spettacolo surreale, degno del miglior teatro dell’assurdo, se non fosse per un dettaglio: è tutto vero. Una realtà che dopo lo sconcerto iniziale cede il posto agli interrogativi: che cosa sono? Da dove vengono? E perché mai sono finiti al cassonetto? Siamo in via Decio Azzolino, alle spalle del parco Nicholas Green in zona Boccea Torrevecchia.

Fondamentale, ieri mattina, l’intervento immediato dei carabinieri, che in forze sono giunti sul posto per recuperare i reperti e metterli in sicurezza. I militari del comando provinciale dell’Arma hanno avviato verifiche e riscontri per tentare di risolvere il mistero. Una sorpresa inaspettata anche per loro, ritrovarsi di fronte a tante cassette piene di materiale antico. Ad un’osservazione attenta rivelavano la vera sorpresa: contenevano tutti reperti provenienti probabilmente da qualche scavo di cosiddetta archeologia preventiva (quegli interventi con cui gli studiosi indagano i terreni in occasione di cantieri per lavori che interessano il sottosuolo).

Lo squallore di una scena da discarica a cielo aperto stride con questi reperti speciali che tra sacchetti e plasticacce hanno attirato anche l’attenzione di un nostro fotografo dell’Agenzia Toiati. Le cassette che li contengono sono le stesse che usano gli archeologi nei cantieri di scavo. I reperti sono persino catalogati: alcuni frammenti sono addirittura chiusi in bustine di plastica trasparente, ma tutti sono accompagnati da biglietti che riportano date, coordinate, indirizzi precisi. L’anno che ricorre, dello scavo, è il 2004. Sedici anni fa. I riferimenti sono all’area dell’ex XIX Municipio (oggi diventato XIV), con alcune indicazioni precise sulle strade, come via Pineta Sacchetti. Si legge spesso “TB”, sigla che indica lo scavo di una tomba. Se ne deduce che siamo di fronte a reperti pertinenti, in parte, ad un corredo funerario. Spicca un frammento osseo di mandibola con attaccati ancora i denti. Forse un uomo, più plausibile un animale. Ma fa effetto trovarselo tra bottiglie di plastica e sacchetti. I reperti sono di varia natura, tra ceramiche, colli di anfore, vasi, marmi. Difficile fare una stima del valore economico.

Prossimo passo dei carabinieri è l’indagine. Possibili piste? Un’ipotesi potrebbe essere quella di un furto da vecchi magazzini di uno scavo archeologico. Forse i ladri si sono disfatti dei pezzi meno piazzabili sul mercato, tenendosi quelli più facili da far girare nella rete clandestina. Altra ipotesi: un’impresa incaricata della sistemazione di un magazzino, che doveva smaltire reperti di scarso valore, ha pensato bene di buttarli al cassonetto. Oppure, un’impresa ha recuperato una baracca di cantiere di un vecchio scavo e ha trovato le cassette abbandonate. E se ne è liberata. Vecchi o dimenticati, fatto sta che è un reato disfarsi di materiali archeologici. Un ritrovamento choc, quello di ieri mattina, che sembra echeggiare quello avvenuto nel luglio del 2019, quando per strada, a Montesacro, vennero scoperte centinaia di denti umani.

El titular de la SEDRONAR, Gabriel Lerner, inauguró esta mañana un nuevo Centro Preventivo Local de las Adicciones (CePLA), ubicado en la localidad bonaerense de Florencio Varela. Estuvo acompañado por el intendente local, Julio Pereyra, y el párroco de la Medalla Milagrosa, padre Miguel Hrymacz, junto al equipo interdisciplinario del dispositivo.
“Esta es una obra del Estado nacional que pudo realizarse porque hubo un gran compromiso del municipio y de actores locales interesado en abordar esta problemática”, aseguró Lerner.
“El Estado nacional tiene la suficiente inteligencia de entender que para comprender lo que sucede en la comunidad y dónde están los grupos más vulnerables, tiene que tener un aliado local –continuó el secretario de la SEDRONAR– porque, por más que estudiemos la situación, no vamos a conocer lo que ocurre en Varela como lo conoce el Padre Miguel o el intendente Julio Pereyra o el director de este equipo. Esta alianza permite que haya muchos recursos, mucho apoyo nacional y mucho conocimiento local para saber dónde actuar, cómo hacerlo y cuál es la mejor manera posible”.
Por su parte, Julio Pereyra agradeció el esfuerzo de la SEDRONAR con la implementación de este CePLA. También reconoció el apoyo de todo el Gobierno nacional con las distintas obras públicas –agua corriente y cloacas, entre otras– que se realizaron en su distrito en los últimos 12 años. “Detrás de cada una de estas acciones hubo una decisión del Estado. Esto que hoy estamos acostumbrados no fue siempre así, esto comenzó en 2003 con Néstor Kirchner y luego lo continuó y profundizó Cristina Fernández de Kirchner”, explicó el intendente.
Los CePLA tienen por objeto restituir y fortalecer el derecho de todo joven de crecer y desarrollarse integral y colectivamente en lo social y afectivo, lo intelectual, lo lúdico, creativo y expresivo, en función de un proyecto de vida comprometido con el bien común y los derechos humanos. Están implementándose en todo el país, emplazados estratégicamente en las zonas de mayor vulnerabilidad social.
Estos centros preventivos se implementan en todo el país junto a las Casas Educativas Terapéuticas (CET), en el marco del Programa Recuperar Inclusión, que la SEDRONAR articula junto al Ministerio de Planificación Federal.
“El Programa Recuperar Inclusión es una respuesta eficaz e inclusiva y busca acercar los servicios a las comunidades allí donde más se lo necesita”, concluyó Lerner. “Hoy la política de prevención y asistencia en consumos problemáticos de drogas y alcohol es una política de derechos humanos, por eso su diseño territorial, para llegar a las comunidades que más lo necesitan”, indicó finalmente el Secretario de SEDRONAR.

Mosques with minarets in Vienna? A town commission, which wanted to prevent this - as in Carinthia - could find this a hard nut to crack in Vienna. Because the townscape of the federal capital already contains numerous elements, which were strongly influenced by the Islamic culture. It's not all about buildings like the Islamic Center on Hubertusdamm - Vienna's only structurally recognizable mosque. Even classical Viennese architecture has Islamic features.

Only at second glance does it become apparent that the two belfries are modeled after the Trajan's Column in Rome, and that the portico of the colonnade quotes the Pantheon as well as St. Peter's Basilica. This architectural mixture can be understood, above all, from the wish of the patron Emperor Karl VI, that Vienna, as the residence of the Roman-German emperor, becomes the third Rome besides Western and Eastern Rome (Constantinople) - and the church a symbol of it.

Erst auf den zweiten Blick lässt sich erkennen, dass die beiden Glockentürme der Trajanssäule in Rom nachempfunden sind und die Säulenvorhalle das Pantheon aber auch den Petersdom zitiert. Verstehen lässt sich diese architektonische Mischung vor allem aus dem Wunsch des Auftraggebers Kaiser Karl VI., dass Wien als Residenzstadt des römisch-deutschen Kaisers neben West- und Ost-Rom (Konstantinopel) zum dritten Rom wird – und die Kirche zum Symbol dafür.

Les participants subissent un processus d’exploration en groupe, en développant les habilités d’examiner de manière critique les valeurs et croyances sociétales qui influencent leurs propres attitudes et comportements. Au cours du processus, ils identifient les moyens par lesquels ces attitudes doivent changer pour se protéger et protéger les autres contre le VIH et les risques qui lui sont associés, ainsi que les changements et les améliorations de la vie à envisager. L’approche est également conçue pour aider les populations – hommes, femmes, jeunes et vieux – à surmonter les barrières de communication (les sujets tabous – sexe, mort) et à commencer à faire face à la réalité.

What Is The Use Of Sunscreen?
Designed to protect against harmful aspects of the sun and especially sunburn, sunscreen does not prevent tanning.
Indeed, any cream, whatever its protection factor, allows a more or less high dose of UVA and UVB. And that's how you can be tanned while being protected unless you stay in the sun for hours because in this case, no cream can protect you.
