Macro Mondays - Brands and Logos
It is odd, because I just had this one come in the mail the other day. These are the ones that I usually purchase because of their detail and quality. A bit more costly but oh so good.

When i read the theme for the next Maco Mondays Challenge then instantly Memories of my childhood came up. I don`t know how many Hours my friends an me have spent playing this great Game called RISK ! The Game is well known around the world and gets played since over 60 Years by Generations. Back in 1957 it got created by Albert Lamorisse, a french filmmaker. I still own the Game and we play it from time to time when we celebate game nights. So i took the chance to shoot an image of my DE LUXE Version of the Game for the theme.
Risk is a strategy board game of diplomacy, conflict and conquest for two to six players. The standard version is played on a board depicting a political map of the world, divided into forty-two territories, which are grouped into six continents. Turns rotate among players who control armies of playing pieces with which they attempt to capture territories from other players, with results determined by dice rolls. Players may form and dissolve alliances during the course of the game. The goal of the game is to occupy every territory on the board and, in doing so, eliminate the other players. The game can be lengthy, requiring several hours to multiple days to finish. European versions are structured so that each player has a limited "secret mission" objective that shortens the game.

Something`s going on in little world! The tiny little helpers are getting excited about the next upcoming Macro Mondays Challenge called numbers and letters.They are already preparing everything for tomorrow - not knowing that they already made the Shot of the week for my contribution of the 5th of july. When i first read the new theme called glass then immediately "message in a bottle" popped up in my mind :) Did you ever receive a message in a glassbottle and wondered how this little piece of paper got into such a small glassbottle? So here we go - have a look on the image! In little world we do have a team of never resting tiny little helpers to get most of the jobs done!

A matchstick is a slender piece of flammable wood used as a match. People in little world still need matchsticks to light up things. But first they need to get packed into their boxes and transported to their final destinations to get used. Even tough - another perfect job for the tiny little helpers. :)

Raffaello is a spherical coconut–almond truffle that Italian manufacturer Ferrero brought to the market in 1990. The praline comprises a spherical wafer which is filled with a white milk cream and white blanched almonds. It is surrounded by a coconut layer. It does not contain chocolate. However it does contain lactose, making Raffaello incompatible for consumers with lactose intolerance.
But did you ever wonder how they get the coconut onto the ball ? Well now you know that this another hard job for the tiny little helpers :)

Almost there....yesterday the tiny little helpers transported some decoration stuff to Santa. Well, not finished yet but getting there step by step. Santa gets ready for another great Xmas in little world ! Feel the Power of Love that is all around in this season ! All the best for all of you and your beloved Familes ! Even tough it`s christmas...
Another Case for the CSI Squad in little world. For some reason something is not matching in the lineup of those pins. What`s wrong with this red pin? As you can see...my tiny little helpers are back in buisness trying to solve the case. :)

Look at that ! Those two tiny fishermans decided to do a Fishing Excursion in little world. They found a very snug location as they fish in walnuts. They seem to have a great time and might relax from there hard work they had the last couple weeks :)

Saying: Get.Out.Of.My.Way!!!
This is not only my first "arranged" macro shot, but my very first attempt at focus stacking. I took many, many shots (and tried different lenses: the m.zuiko 45mm with macro converter, the m.zuiko 12-50mm kit lens and the FT Zuiko 35mm 1:35 macro lens), before it finally seemed ok. I know this isn't perfect (there are a few halos which I tried to remove in Photoshop,
and of course the tiny guys are on a piece of - shiny - adhesive tape...), but I'm quite pleased with the result. Please tell me what
you think!
This "row" of photographers obstructing each others view was inspired by an "incident" way back in 2011, on my first photowalk with my then new and tiny Pen E-PL3. I was busy taking a shot (I think it was obvious what I was doing), when a lady with a very big (and admittedly impressive) Nikon-DSLR walked up from behind and put herself right in front of me. She took all the time she needed to get her shot, then walked away with a wry grin on her face. Rrrrrrrrrr... I'm not the quarrelsome type, otherwise a "row" of a different kind might have ensued...;-)

Sumertime is Sunscreen-Time! Everyone should use some Sun Safety when the sun is out there. Also in little world the tiny little helpers enjoy the good weather. But look at that - this guy is enjoying it looking directly into the sunbeams. Let`s hope he did use the Sun Safety right behind him :)
If i could offer you one tip for the future...Sunscreen would be IT !

It was the May the 16th back in 1983 when Michael Jackson performed his first Moonwalk!
When the US music label " Motown " celebrated its 25th anniversary in 1983 with a big show, the stars of the soul scene met. In addition to Marvin Gaye , Diana Ross and Stevie Wonder also appear. The Jackson brothers are also there.

After their appearance, Michael Jackson remains alone on stage - in his classic outfit : hat, glove, pulled up pants, white socks, patent leather shoes. The US singer presents the song " Billie Jean " from his new album " Thriller ".
When he starts dancing, the audience is thrown from their seats. He does pirouettes, stands on tiptoe, spins across the stage as if there was no gravity. After three minutes and 39 seconds it happens: Jackson moves backwards across the stage with gliding steps - for the first time he shows the " Moonwalk ".
Jackson did not invent dance. "The moonwalk came from these great black kids who live in the ghettos," he says. "I just took it over." The " moonwalk " itself is older though. It was performed by dancers like Bill Bailey as early as the 1940s , when it was still called " Backslide ".
In the 1960s, he is part of the repertoire of Radio - dancers like the " Electric Boogaloos ". Jackson is taught the step for the " Motown " show. By Jackson's distinctive dance style of "will moonwalk " famous.

The piano is an acoustic, stringed musical instrument invented in Italy by Bartolomeo Cristofori around the year 1700 (the exact year is uncertain), in which the strings are struck by wooden hammers that are coated with a softer material (modern hammers are covered with dense wool felt; some early pianos used leather). It is played using a keyboard, which is a row of keys (small levers) that the performer presses down or strikes with the fingers and thumbs of both hands to cause the hammers to strike the strings.
Most modern pianos have a row of 88 black and white keys, 52 white keys for the notes of the C major scale (C, D, E, F, G, A and B) and 36 shorter black keys, which are raised above the white keys, and set further back on the keyboard. This means that the piano can play 88 different pitches (or "notes"), spanning a range of a bit over seven octaves

Poor Guys of the cleaning squad ! Some smoking people just left the hole trash! That`s a huge job to do for our little tiny helpers. Look how many cigarette filter tubes where chuck onf the ground. Not to mention all the trash ash that needs to cleaned up. Hurry up my little helpers...the citizens are willed to make an smooth Easter walkover and therefore it should be all cleaned up right in time. :)
