Here is the latest installment in my 'Predator* series.
The Supporter is part a long range battlefield support wessel, part a harvester going low and slow consuming battlefield left overs..........
Recently i found parts from this: www.toysperiod.com/lego-set-reference/racers/radio-contro..., and i wanted to incorporate them into a MOC, and here it is!
The Predator MOC's will be part of a display soon.

Complementary bathrobes for hotel guests were provided in either big cat (spotted) patterns or zebra stripes. I guessed it was a predator or prey choice.
This night I was a predator.
"Roar!" or more likely "Meow."
Loved the robe so much I wore it as a wrap to a late evening dinner.

I did.
The robe, when closed, was useful for covering my name tag which I had forgotten to remove. That name tag, I realized later, what how so many people knew my name!
Hotel management said it was OK to take the robe off-premises as long as the it was left in my room at checkout.
It was. Sigh

Spotted this spider and ladybird heading towards each other along the verge. I was interested to see what these two predators would do when they encountered each other. A vicious fight to the death?
No, the lady bird simply walked around the spider and they passed in a similar way to the cars passing the same lane.
Focus isn't perfect, but pretty pleased given this was handheld.

The Eurasian lynx (Lynx lynx) is the largest in size. The Eurasian lynx is the third largest predator in Europe after the brown bear and the grey wolf. It is a strict carnivore, consuming about one or two kilograms of meat every day. The Eurasian lynx is one of the widest-ranging.

The eastern coyote, found throughout much of Ontario, has an average weight of between 30 and 40 pounds. Coyotes are generally shy, cautious and non-confrontational but can be curious and experimental. Coyotes vary in colour from blond to reds to browns.
These are but a few of the little alligators older relatives that he should fear as he attempts to reach adulthood! The bends in Horsepen Bayou where he was sunning has the heaviest concentration of alligators within the Armand/Horsepen bayou estuary system! He be wise to keep an extremely low profile! These photos were taken on Horsepen Bayou!

a female bengal tiger in her prime years patrols her territory along a dry river. their appearance alone is so powerful, their look so intense, the way they walk so slowly and yet so powerful...simply a beautiful predator. Ranthambhore NP, India

It's Macro Mondays and this weeks theme is Pareidolia.For those of you not familiar with the term, (I certainly wasn't) Pareidolia is a psychological phenomenon that makes a simple sound or image into something far more noteworthy. The human brain is masterful in organizing visual data into meaningful and significant shapes. It is a way to make sense of random or ambiguous patterns where none really exists.
Common examples are animals in clouds or faces in electrical appliances.
When I looked at this mop head, my first thought was the movie Predator with his hunter looks and "dreadlocks" Of course, my colleagues are saying "Dreadlocks? It has to be Bob Marley!! "
