The late night calls - the crazy RL phone calls - the tired boring phone calls - the tears - the laughs - the jokes. I really couldn't imagine my second life with you. This cautious looking Black Headed Gull was, I think, fully aware of my unsolicited portrait capture, but as it walked like a supermodel this was too much to pass up. A while ago I gave up on birds, I thought they were boring, but having gone coast side I discovered what diversity really exists in their world. Truly my eyes were re-opened.

This is the latest feline member to grace the household. Prada was my sister in laws cat, but the addition of a chihuahua puppy caused Prada to have a bit of a princess diva meltdown and spend days on end in the spare room hissing at passers by and attacking the new dog! So she is now stopping here and she is very affectionate and very vocal too, especially regarding feeding.....!

Happy October 2025 Polaroid Week

The last polaroid I took on the West Texas trip had to be the obligatory Prada Marfa photo of course.
