This was a practice shoot we did to get prepared for the SuperPet Expo. We used both my dogs, JoJo and Haley, Jack Russell Terriers and my friend Janet's dog, the 4 Border Collies, for models. With Janet's help we set up some great shots and had a lot of fun.

Second (third?) practice at digital art. Unlike the orange, used color instead of doing black and white and overlaying color. I think it worked out better.

For this picture I set an aperture of f/4.2 which allowed everything to be focoused an ISO of 800 to compensate for some light and a very slow shutter speed of 1/50. This a successful picture because you can see Juan's face very clear and the flag is in a good position.

Th 2 olderest (of 3) baby Osprey take turns practicing flying by flapping their wings without taking off with mom watching. It had started raining (quite apparent in these photos) and when it did the wind died down and the babies started to practice.
At soccer practice with the kids. Ended up helping instructing a group of four kids... it was actually pretty fun. Callum in background
