There's so many different worlds
So many different suns
And we have just one world
But we live in different ones!

The last day of the year,
Last sunset,
Last hours…
In anticipation of a new day,
A new year,
A fresh beginning,
I sincerely wish you a New Year full of happiness and prosperity, dear friends.
It has been a tough year here, the situation still ongoing, unfortunately. I hope it ends very soon.
I would like to thank all my genuine friends for their support and understanding. I’m grateful for that.
And, a message to hopeless sinners, who have hurt all mankind just to save their own beliefs.. STOP IT !!!
Try to make some sense of your existence.
If you can’t add any good to this planet, just keep it as is. It’s already a wonderful place!!!
I have a gig tonight with the classic rock band. It will be a long night as we are playing til 2 am and then you can add the time change into that.
PLUS (big plus) I have had the flu this week and really don't have much energy.
So the early post for HSS
abandoned power grid near Geneseo,IL along main line railroad tracks from the Quad Cities in western Iowa. This line stretches for a considerable distance and is pretty striking in its abandonment.Maybe this is why my electrical bill keeps going up....?
I'm glad I finally have something to add to the telegraph tuesday group! Have a good one all!
Power pylons on the cliff edge of Glen Canyon taking power from the 1,320 megawatt power house at the base of Glen Canyon Dam. It is approximately 700 feet from this pylon at the cliff edge to the Colorado River Below. Coconino County, Arizona.
It is a big fun to see how many shapes can these transmission line poles have in one voltage level and on the same power line. As these transmit the electric energy and keep our world moving, they really deserve at least a photo. With the guys I discussed the voltage level, as great automation and energetic engineers, each of us told another number from 120kV. I voted for the 400kV but Chris has the biggest chance to win with 220kV.

Just another landscape sunset shot! Perhaps it's slightly different though. My landscapes are typically over water, and my sun stars are rarely found over open fields. This one was, however!
From the Test Way, looking towards the New Forest where some fires were started by the strikes - a summer lightning storm. This is several minutes exposure.
High Voltage pylons in the rain for the Telegraph Tuesday group. Washington County, Utah. Happy Telegraph Tuesday.
Adelaide's main power source, the Torrens Island power station, seen from the salt evaporation ponds near Green Fields, a northern suburb of Adelaide. Surreal - industrial practicality dominates this area, a minimal colour palette adds to the effect - quite a fruitful photographic haunt although I wish the sun had been out. At certain times in full sun those mounds of harvested salt glisten pure white.

Since I have a full time job and a long commute, there's no time to shoot at blue hour right now. You'll have to make do with sunsets! And you can never go wrong with a locomotive in front of it!
Tapping off high voltage and taking it underground to join the buried electric plant in Utah County, Utah.
Happy Telegraph Tuesday!
