PWO meal following the fasted bike ride.
Note to self: First meal of the day was at approximately 17:00.
The waffle was unsweetened making the sandwich very palatable. There was agave nectar available for those looking to add a contrasting sweet and savory essence.
I was feeling a lot better after having eaten some food. Although, the food wasn't all that healthy. I do love me some mac and cheese! LOL
