On Camp Red Cloud in Uijeongbu April 3, members of the U.S. Army Garrison Red Cloud and Area I community attend a farewell luncheon in honor of Jessica Santana, a garrison budget officer who departs Area I for a new assignment. Santana worked in the garrison's Resource Management Office for more than two years and served several months of that time as the office's acting director. During the luncheon at Mitchell's Community Club and Conference Center, Santana received a civilian service award from USAG Red Cloud and Area I commander Col. John M. Scott, who hosted the luncheon. Scott and other speakers praised Santana for her passionate devotion to her work and for the breadth of her knowledge of budgeting matters, which they said brought much benefit to the garrison's fiscal posture.
