Samedi 24 Juillet 2021 – Sur la plage toute la journée, en maillot de bain, tee shirt et lunettes de soleil. Regarder les gens qui s’amusent et la mer droit devant. Evidemment vu comme cela, c’est plutôt cool. Mais je ne parle pas de moi, mais du gars qui a sous sa responsabilité la plage. Et la c’est beaucoup moins fun.

Construit en 1955 sur les plans de l'architecte André Neuville, ce poste de secours de style Art déco tardif a bénéficié de transformations en 1981 et 1992. le poste de secours emblématique de Malo-les-Bains à Dunkerque, illuminé en bleu sous un ciel nocturne dramatique ! Cette tour iconique veille sur la plus belle plage du Nord, avec son sable fin infini et sa digue animée. Un symbole de la Côte d’Opale, parfait pour une escapade balnéaire hors des sentiers battus. Venez profiter de la mer du Nord, des promenades au vent et de l’ambiance unique de cette station mythique.

Banksy, artiste anglais, est certainement le street-artist le plus connu au monde. Il a plus de 2 millions de personnes à le suivre sur les réseaux sociaux. Dès qu’il laisse son empreinte dans une ville, c’est la frénésie chez les photographes. C’est le plus connu mais personne ne connaît son visage, personne ne sait qui il est.

The wooden building is an abandoned SNSM rescue station (poste de secours SNSM fantome). It used to overlook a wide sandy beach (Les Grands Sables) but the sands 'walked away', the tides moved the beach in northeastern direction.
The SNSM is the 'Société Nationale de Sauvetage en Mer', the French sea rescue organization. The abandoned building was adopted by the Groix Nautical Club (CNG), although the club has no formal ownership.
The CNG calls the station on the rocks 'Le Château' (the castle).

Ces 2 joggeurs m'ont dépassé alors que je marchais au bord de l'eau, puis ils ont bifurqué pour emprunter le tapis afin de quitter la plage. Je ne suis plus à Portiragnes-Plage mais, d'après le poste de secours, à Vias, plage de la Méditerranée.
