Several months after the Swiss Post's official rebranding announcement, which basically reverts to its 1980s logo, the first new PostBus vehicles with such logos are gradually being rolled out throughout the country.

The Nyon section has received in the past week two shiny Citaro C2 LE Ü Hybrid buses, numbered 11940 and 11941, the latter featuring in the photo above. These are, except for a single rebranded Citaro C2 K in Sion, the first vehicles with the new logos in the French-speaking part of Switzerland.

Route 820, running in about 45 minutes from the town of Nyon to Saint-George, a typical village some 500 metres above Nyon, has a decent 30-minute frequency service during peak hours, providing citizens a reliable and direct service with its coordinated connections at Nyon railway station.

NL: Na van het uitzicht genoten te hebben in Walzenhausen ga ik per bus van PostAuto weer naar beneden, met lijn 225, naar St. Margrethen. Deze lijn volgt een route vol slingerende wegen die je een idee moeten geven van hoe het er in de bergen aan toe gaat.

DE: Nach dem Aussicht geniessen zu haben in Walzenhausen, fahre ich wieder nach Unten mit dem PostAuto Linie 225 richtung St. Margrethen. Diese Linie folgt eine Route entlang vieler Kurven die das Idee geben sollen wie das Fahren ist in den Bergen.
