Posing for the camera, this is the same cow as seen in the previous picture entitled 'Horny'. Shot taken close to the Howwood Trout Fishery, just south of Howwood.

A Robin at its best

This Black Crowned Night Heron was taking a break from the rest of his group. There are many Black Crowns at Hall Memorial Park in Milpitas as it’s hatching time. In the light of day adults are striking in gray-and-black plumage and long white head plumes. These social birds breed in colonies of stick nests usually built over water. They live in fresh, salt, and brackish wetlands and are the most widespread heron in the world.

Met this dear little Pademelon on a walk at Adventure Bay.

Many thanks for your visit, kind comments and faves, very much appreciated.
