Went with A to Marquee Mall in Angeles City and chanced upon the grand opening of Friday's so we both decided to try it out. Food was okay though my first order turned out unavailable (Fillet mignon) so I settled for a grilled porkchop. Oh and love our server 'coz she made sure we're well attended all through out even if we're not asking. That's something you don't see very often on resto's here in PI. Lol. Sorry but true. Experienced lots of bad service before.

a pork chops recipe. they turned out good but those italian sausages are still the best.

Macanese style fried pork loin, served in a soft bun. Unadorned.

In rural Minnesota they hand you a porkchop on a piece of bread and expect you to eat it with your hands. Savages. I brought my own fork and knife with me this year!

With lots of mushrooms, just the way we like it.

I guess this guy had something on his face because he was working really hard at cleaning it off.

Breaded pork chop with roast red potatoes, Asiago cheese roll and baked apples.

I know...ooooh, exciting. But the greens were awesome.

Pork chop rubbed with Ras el Hanout. Red cabbage slaw with carrot ginger dressing.

akita/sharpei shes a pretty good mix

with Apple, Rosemary and Thyme.

Pork chops on the bone served on cranberries reduced in a comfy shiraz with a little brown sugar. The chops were dusted with baharat and salt, seared, and then baked.
