Playing our "acoustic set"...which for us means playing acoustic instruments and turning them up really loud.
I grilled the chops..added some Cattleman's classic sauce mixed in Robin Miller's bbq sauce....covered with foil an finished in preheated 250 F oven for 30 min...then cut oven off and remove after 30 min.
