গত ঈদে ফজিলা (১১) নামের এই কাজের মেয়ের ছবিটি তুলেছিলাম। আমি জিজ্ঞাসা করেছিলাম - বড় হয়ে তুমি কি হতে চাও? সে বলেছিল - 'দেখি কি হওয়া যায়..' স্বপ্নহীন ফজিলার যখন ছবি তোলা অনুমতি চাইছিলাম, আনন্দে তার চোখ জ্বল জ্বল করে উঠেছিল, যেন সে এটাই প্রত‍্যাশা করছিল। সুন্দর এই পোজ দিয়েছিল। ছবি তোলার সময় তার গভীর মমতা দেখে, আমার হৃদয় কেঁদে উঠেছিল!

ছবি তোলার পর যখন বেতনের কথা জিজ্ঞাসা করলাম, সে কোন কথা বলে না, শুধু হাসে। কয়েকবার জিজ্ঞাসার করার পর হাসতে হাসতে বলল, 'প্রত‍্যেক মাসে ২০০ ট‍্যাহা দেয়, আর খাবার দেয়! এই, জামাডা কিইনা দিছে! বেশী কাম করি, সবার আদর করে...'
