I made this a long time ago, but never knew how to finish it; when I saw TwoRoses brilliant chalice 'from the wreck of the Nautilus, it inspired me to finally get it done.

I'm trying something new.

Let's call it a challenge! (oooh the big word)

The idea is to create one miniature scene per week.

Partly because it's fun, partly to boost my own creativity.

  

The pizza scene :

I made : pizza oven, food, floor, wall, wood trays.

I bought : table, baskets, metal baskets, frame

Real : the tomato

Why? I love pizza. Duh. And I learned to make pizza dough, so pizza is on mind often enough :)

Unfinished..needs way more sanding and polishing, but I love the shape, and the skin pattern.

Polymer clay canes combined over a polymer clay base and sealed with Clear Liquid Polyclay. Inside of the bracelet is impressed and colored with Inka Gold Guilders Paste and sanded smooth.

Polymer clay canes combined over a polymer clay base, sanded, polished, and buffed to a high shine.

Inspired by fall, I decided to have some fun with patterns and colors, so I combined some cane leftovers and solid colors to create these striped polymer clay pieces.
