Copenhagen is so children friendly with its many beautiful playgrounds. Our sons love them, and I have found myself a nice photo project.

This Tower Playground is one of our favourites.

Can you see which towers that have been recreated?

This is a repost. Original was uploaded with about a hundred shots when I first joined Flickr, so although it had some views there were no faves or comments as only one person would be following me shortly. The person who introduced me to Flickr.

This one goes way way back to 2007, where I was using my first DSLR, a Canon Xti., It was so exciting, as every shot or attempt was pretty much new. There were no rules to follow, I simply shot what interested me, and without the cost of film I was free to experiment. A nearby playground had open water from thawing snow, yet the ground was still frozen so water would not sink into the sand.

This was one of my favorite shots back then. I just loved the shapes and lines. Still possibly one of my all time favorite shots. I wish I would have kept the RAW file or at the least a high res version, but back then with slow computers and small hard drives which were expensive I pretty much kept images that were 1800 × 1200 at the largest. Although it may not show I am quite sure that the lens was the 18-55mm kit lens. It had a very poor reputation, but I thought it worked wonders under proper conditions.
