This railway station reminded me of Jolimont (which, for you non-Melburnians, is kinda leafy, just off Fitzroy Gardens). This one, Wiessenbrücke U-BahnHof (also near a park, called Humboldhain) is in the old West but quite close to East, between Mitte and Wedding (an area still v.cheap to rent due to being close to where the wall was, but if you ask me it's million dollar views everywhere you look).
The Savaria Delta inclined platform lift carries a passenger with wheelchair up and down a single flight of straight stairs by travelling along a rail system mounted alongside the stairs. we got up around 4AM to catch the 6:30AM shatabdi express train to agra, and we just made it. amazingly all 18 people got there in time!

This is a platform at the train station in Ikejiri-ohashi, Tokyo. However, the yellow stripes guide the visually impaired all through Tokyo with a series of dots and stripes.
Built from 3/4" birch plywood, 7x9 foot 18 inches tall, with a 4 inch overhang at sides and foot. Easy lift panel for storage access. The box frame comes apart with two sections for easier moving.
