Finally, more than a month later than originally intended, the bungalow is plastered. Mostly. Just a couple of bits in the kitchen need to be done at a later date.
When packing up the plasters appear to have taken all my tools with them too. There wasn't a lot, couple of lump hammers, chisel, lights, crowbar, etc. But still.... out of order! I've let the contracts manager know so I'll see what comes back.
I've left a dehumidifier running up there as well as leaving the windows cracked slightly to help things dry out.

I worked with the china cupboard in place to ensure that as I built up the plaster coats the wall would meet the trim around the cupboard perfectly without gaps. I kept pulled a short ways from the wall at a uniform distance so I could work behind the trim but still gauge the fit. The pictured is of me applying the scratch (first) coat.

This is our spare bedroom after I stripped the old woodchip paper in preparation for being re-plastered.
