I moved house, and as I was unloading in the street I stood all wrong in the gutter. Crunch... ankle turned over...broken bone, in plaster and on crutches. My landlady looked after me really well, it was an interesting beginning to life under a new roof.
Acrylic on plaster. Might make a nice background, especially for line art or black and white graphics in overlay or multiply modes. Let me know if you were able to use it.
I was looking at the position of legs on tables when i created this series of plaster cast models. I shaped wooden legs and a top which I then vacuum formed, i then filled the moulds with plaster. 16/03/16
The ceiling in the gallery at Lanhydrock. It has never been painted - if it was the weight of the paint would bring the ceiling down.

The washer & dryer didn't fit up the stairs because I didn't measure for the post at the top of the stairs. Gotta cut the post flush to the railing and call the delivery people back to hoist it up the stairs. Then the electrician has to run the 220 line up and the plumber has to run water too.

Plaster of Paris on Pine, scratched into painted with walnut indian ink and finished with a layer of cold beeswax mix.
The painting symbolises many people/women all joined together with a common thread contained within a bowl/earh/womb
