Celebrating everything Superman, Plano has the Smallville Superfest every year. In 2011 Plano Illinois was picked to be the childhood town of Superman for the movie Man of Steel. Many of the murals and other items are still here from the movie. Here's what the Plano website says:
In the summer of 2011, Warner Brothers and DC Comics chose Plano, IL to represent "Smallville" in the 2013 Superman movie "Man of Steel" - a special place where a certain "super hero" came to Earth and spent his childhood days. It was here in Smallville that a "mild-mannered" boy learned the value of Truth, Justice, and the American Way.

Agora um pouco mais próximo, era mais interessante manter o clima de suspense tanto sobre a personagem quanto sobre o texto no caderno, então optei pelo contraluz quase silhueta. No fim das contas, acho que o quadro do pôr do Sol acaba chamando muita atenção por conta das cores, mas agora já era! A câmera estava na altura da personagem, com uma 58mm.
