When you're advised to stay home and it's quite unusual for planes to fly over your house... I was woken up by a 747 flying at the same altitude, grabbed my camera and this happened to the Etihad Dreamliner. Couldn't really complain.

On a flight from Basel to Amsterdam I flew over the port of Rotterdam during sunset. You can see the part called Maasvlakte just above the wing. It's the entrance of a lot of cargo to central Europe. This was probably my first and last flight on a Fokker 70 since they'll be retired at the end of October. It will be a sad day, because it's the last piece of dutch aviation history flying in Holland.
