In keeping this week with things that fly (perhaps not my truck post on Thursday), I came across a crop duster and took what shots I could. I liked this shot as he slowed to make a turn.

Most shots were parallel to me but this was perpendicular.

Literally happening in as I stared in disbelief. Didn't happen with every plane, just seemingly random ones.

I had to while away two hours at Tullamarine Airport in Melbourne, waiting for my flight to Adelaide after flying over from Hobart. A month later, they announced direct flight between Adelaide and Hobart. Yippee!

I was shooting this tremendous thunderhead when I spotted this brave little plane diving directly into it.

After spending some time in a museum it was completely overhauled and named "Prinses Amalia".

Taken at the grounds of Korean War Memorial Museum in Seoul, South Korea.

Captured these planes near Martin State Airport today as they were heading off to downtown Baltimore in celebration of the Battle of Fort McHenry.

Captured at 125th second shutter speed to get the propellers in motion. Captured hand held.

Traveling from Canada to Norway

To me

In my image he travels of course from the darker area

Leaving his past

Coming into the Now

and the Future

Now he is in the middle of the area where there is light

The light shines straight upon him

Following him all the way to Norway

Where it of course is only pink light

Well isn't this romantic

Markyate is a street village set along the bed of the River Ver and is surrounded by the hills of the Chilterns (Hertfordshire). Since water has the habit of following gravity, rainwater would accumulate at the lowest possible point, which is where the life of the village and that of the river intersect. The river bed is tiny and, inside the village, culverted too, which means that surface water would need a long time to run off. A rainstorm such as that hitting us last night will inevitably cause damage for those residents whose houses have been built in the flood plane. I have spoken to some of these residents and found to my astonishment that they were not aware of this fact. Had nobody told them? Fuji X100F.
