September, 2012
A weekend away, on the coast, with my brother-in-law, sister-in-law, and niece.
This was the other one I shot from Napili Bay. I like the green in the foreground on this one contrasting with the blue of the frothing water. I really like them both but I think this one has a slight edge. Let me know what you think. :)
Any comments are welcome.
Thanks
Darryl

I can honestly say
You've been on my mind
Since I woke up today, up today
I look at your photograph all the time
These memories come back to life
And I don't mind
I remember when we kissed
I still feel it on my lips
The time that you danced with me
With no music playing
I remember the simple things
I remember til I cry
But the one thing I wish I'd forget
The memory I wanna forget is goodbye
I woke up this morning
And played our song
And through my tears sang along
I picked up the phone
And then put it down
Cause I know I'm wasting my time
And I don't mind
I remember when we kissed
I still feel it on my lips
The time that you danced with me
With no music playing
I remember the simple things
I remember til I cry
But the one thing I wish I'd forget
The memory I wanna forget is goodbye
Suddenly my cell phone's blowing up
With your ring-tone
I hesitate but answer it anyway
You sound so alone
I'm surprised to hear you say
Saying goodbye
Oh, goodbye~

After the legend of the North Tower was discovered a second tower was erected in the far sea as a hold out for the last remnant of those under the banner of the Dragon Lord. The last three of the Dragon Lord's personal guard vowed to protect the last outpost, and the secret treasure it guard with every ounce of their lives. 800 years later Admiral McCarron and the ninth royal fleet have set out in search of this mythical island holding a promised fortune to anyone brave enough to face the perils of the dark island. Little do they know that the myth of Dark Island is alot more real than they know!

The majestic Ponce Inlet Lighthouse has stood in this spot since its completion in 1887. Though not directly on the ocean, like most lighthouses, this one is set in so it can offer its beacon of light to not only the ocean, but the inlet and river areas as well.

Yes, another one of that very tropical garden. Its so beautiful!! I liked the inclined trees, specially the one in the right, with the greenery on its trunk! Well, in the reality, I like everything there, also the fact it is almost all green, only with some colored spots!!
Its SO beautiful!!! But this I already said... ;¬]

Have a pleasant day and week ahead, as you was in this garden!!
There are several bridges in lovely Bushman Park in Port Orange, Florida. This one is next to the canal you cross when first entering the park. The one you cross first is all the way back down the canal. It is a very scenic and large park, and there is a good sized lake in the middle of it.
The thing I especially like about Bushman Park is the diversity of views and the animals that congregate there. I've captured everything from herons to bunnies, and this one is very pretty in the morning, too. It's great for bee shots, and of course, the scenics like this one, are standard fare. Though it is a favorite among locals, because of its size, it still allows for a lot of peace and doesn't feel crowded.
No PhotoShop here, for I do not own that program. Just intended camera movement!
This trip to beach was fun. But back home, I found this shot by me. Contemplating what it was resultied in renewed knowledge that "All we see is sometimes not what we see." True subject of foto was a "Palm Tree". Why did the foto come out like this when the sky was very blue? Answer # 1: _________________.
Have you forgotten more information than your brain presently holds?
Is your short term memory still excellent:
Is your long term memory still working fine?
Yesterday, I spoke to an 18 year old male, who dropped out of school in the 10th grade, but does not work. I asked: "If your brain never contained enough brain cells to be an A student in school (life), then why smoke marijuana, inhale your friends' smoke, and do other non-prescribed drugs that kill your brain cells? Is it like taking a shovel and going into your head and removing 1/3 of your brain cells to feel good now, when your brain and life will never be as good in the long term?" He kept his mouth shut; but I was glad when he did not say: "Do not worry, since I want many less brain cells than were initially placed in my head, when I went through the process of being a fetus, of being born, of growing up into an adult who cannot get a decent job to raise a family. My life goal is to steal from others and hope I do not get caught and have to spend much or all of the rest of my life in jail and prison away from the pretty girls."
Do you ever have a chance to alter another's life before "stupid choices" permanently alter that life forever? What "goodies" do you pass on to others so this will be a better world? Pray for Wisdom so you can well perform when your time comes! Answer # 2: _______________________
Hugs, Good Thoughts, and Prayers to all from this place. Have a great day!

Aït Benhaddou (Berber: Ath Benhadu, Arabic: آيت بن حدّو) is a 'fortified city', or ksar, along the former caravan route between the Sahara and Marrakech in present-day Morocco. It is situated in Souss-Massa-Drâa on a hill along the Ounila River and is known for its kasbahs, although they take damage with each rainstorm. Most of the town's inhabitants now live in a more modern village at the other side of the river; however, ten families still live within the ksar.
