Ronto Roasters opened in the marketplace of Black Spire Outpost on Batuu at Star Wars: Galaxy's Edge in 2019. The open-air quick-service stand is built around a massive podracing engine repurposed as a roasting pit, tended by the animatronic pitmaster 8D-J8, an 8D-series smelter droid. Guests queue beneath hanging meats, cargo racks, and market canopies before ordering wraps and roasted entrées such as the signature Ronto Wrap, which pairs ronto meat (in-universe, rontos are four-legged saurian herbivores native to the desert world of Tatoone; in-park, it is grilled sausage and roasted pork) with peppercorn sauce and slaw in warm pita.
Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge, a 14-acre themed land opened at Disneyland Park in 2019, is set on the the Outer Rim planet Batuu in the village of Black Spire Outpost. Designed as an in‑universe trading port with attractions, shops, dining, and roaming characters from across the saga.
Disneyland Park, opened in 1955 in Anaheim under the direction of Walt Disney, is the original Disney theme park and a landmark of immersive storytelling built around themed lands radiating from the central icon of Sleeping Beauty Castle. Built on former orange groves and expanded into a larger resort complex, it now spans 100 acres and features nine themed lands—such as Main Street, U.S.A., Adventureland, Fantasyland, Tomorrowland, Frontierland, New Orleans Square, Mickey’s Toontown, Bayou Country, and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge—linked by a central hub and the Disneyland Railroad.
Enough choice but don't order to much. It adds in volume ebut also the total price (but it's worth it once in a while).

Black Smoke in Rotterdam focuses on open-fire barbecue. It occupies a unique location in the monumental Van Nelle Factory, a UNESCO World Heritage Site. The restaurant's industrial decor is fitting for the location. Guests can sit at the "Hot Seats" right next to the open kitchen, where they can watch the pitmasters at work.
The restaurant specializes in "Hell's Kitchen"—instead of traditional cooking methods, everything is prepared over an open flame. The kitchen is equipped with American smokers, South American asado grills, Indian tandoori ovens, and Japanese hibachi grills. There are no gas knobs, only wood and coal to control the temperature. The bar is also known for its creative cocktails.
