Where I live we have a gazzilion pinecones, and other cones, that we collect for December decorating.

I like this more than you. It's because my grandson put the cone on the railing and said "take a picture of my pinecone, Grampa." I think I'll frame this one.

This is a still life of a pinecone I did in class. We were supposed to isolate it from the background and focus on details.

1. I Chose this picture because of the line s in it, I thought it would connect when mirrored.

2. I think the bokeh is what grabs the eyes, it makes a soft background for the parts in focus.
