I'm not sure if this is Jett's mad face because he has a pinecone on his head or this is his concentrating face because he's keeping a pinecone on his head. Actually, it's probably both. I apologize for not participating very much lately, I've been sick and have a heavy course load this Fall.

Mushrooms growing out of a pinecone (Strobilurus trullisatus) in Lage Vuursche, Netherlands

This pinecone and branch fell from a nearby tree. I thought the colors were beautiful.

It is known as the White Pine in the USA.
