The "pimple" of Twm Barlwm. There are various fanciful legends about this old Iron Age fort; it is haunted, ethereal music plays mysteriously in the air, there is a secret tunnel from Twm Barlwm to Llantarnam Abbey, a giant, guarded by bees is buried there... It is believed to have been a fort occupied by the local Silures, then a Roman beacon post, with a Norman motte and bailey being later built there. Today it is a popular walking and mountain biking destination.

I had a little pimple-like thing taken off my head Monday. Given my history both my doctor and I tend to err on the side of caution so off it went. The piece they removed wasn't deep but was more than a centimeter wide so the suture looks ghastly. This is how I looked leaving the office with my "practically undetectable" pressure bandage.

Back when "keeping in touch" meant a letter or telephone this sort of thing could be kept quiet. Now that I FaceTime with the family I expect an explanation will be demanded. I wonder if they'd notice if I wore a toupée...

I feel sad about...

1) Pimples on my face (when I saw some girls' skin was so spotless, soft and white, I want to hang myself on an apple tree)

2) The men I've met (I couldn't blame them too much though. I'd rather think it's my bad luck or fate.)

3) When work is not busy (Plus my work is too easy to develop my career plus I'm always running out of my wage)

4) Almost every night I am alone at home and the friends that I could hang out with is getting less and less because I am getting older and still single (kinda feel myself such a loser, but well, even though I need luv, I'm too stubborn to give my luv away to random someone)

5) I don't know when I could take the brace off my teeth (God knows how I'm hating it)

I feel happy about...

1) I am learning French (Although it's so hard that I've almost given up, it's still helping me to fill my emptiness)

2) Not much pressure from work (No one bosses me around at least)

3) To learn graphic design is in my future plan (A little something that I'm still interested in, ps: I've almost lost my passion to anything)

4) I could listen to LastFm, and watch some DVDs (and have many books that I want to read even I haven't yet had my tranquil mood back for reading)

5) I have my tattoos (They r the only things that will never disappear from me till my grave)
