The arcades at the "Rua Augusta" are beautiful. One of the many places a tourist has to visit in Lissabon. Here you can see my interpretation of this fascinating architecture.

Sansia Old Street” generally refers to the southern section of Minquan St., and is about 200 meters long. The buildings have stood since the earliest period of the Republic of China. Various words on the building fronts represent surnames, names, and shop names, and their signage is very different to today’s. The buildings are equipped with magnificent verandahs, which are the most impressive parts of the buildings along this street. Their decorated archways are rich in culture and they play a valuable role in reminding people of the need to preserve historical relics. The outer walls of the buildings are built with red brick, while the inner walls were made of clay. The outer parts of the buildings are decorated with a variety of patterns, and in particular the second-floor windowsills, making them all the more beautiful. There are many with traditional Chinese patterns, animal motifs, and even foreign patterns. Opposite Minquan St. is a smaller wall, known for its unique styling, featuring solid, hollow, and framed styles of decoration.

Due to the fact that the wind comes almost from West, the waves become the same direction, from W to E, and wash the sand away
To stop/make less this washout effect, to break the stronght of the waves - that's the reason of this pillars. In the northern part of Zeeland there are beaches , many km long, and there are this pillars, always two lines together, repeating so about 500m. Depending from tide/low tide you can see 2,0m or nothing from them.
last week we went to East Java, enjoying vacancies there. this is one of several objects we visit. this is Museum Satwa or Animal Museum, consists of lots of preserved animal in diorama and fossil from all over the world. you can from see butterflies, grasshopper, mammoth, polar bear, crocodile, until everything you wanna see. if you come to Bali, please don't forget to visit here. beside this building is a tree hotel (will be finished in this year) which is really seems like a tree. you can check out below. this capture was captured by my friend, sigh... anyway, thank you for your visit and comment and appreciation and everything, and anything. should i give you chance to comments, my friends?

Ihre Baukosten von geschätzten 545 Millionen US-Dollar sind in hochwertige Materialien und aufwändige Ausstattung geflossen. So wurden zum Beispiel 15 verschiedene Sorten Marmor zum Bau benutzt, die üppig mit Blattgold verziert wurden.
The Sheikh-Zayid Mosque is the third-largest mosque in the world. On 224 x 174 meters, the mosque offers space for 40,000 believers. Construction costs of estimated USD 545 million have been spent on high-quality materials and elaborate equipment. For example, 15 different types of marble were used for construction, lavishly decorated with leaf gold.
