Once you are on the river bank you may find that you need to grab your wide angle lens - at 18mm I could not fit the whole scene in one frame.

The late afternoon sun colours the cliffs beautifully. This is the best time of day and location from which to shoot pics of the cliff face.

Radio mast at Kilkenny Viewpoint near Andoversford SW of Cheltenham. The area designated as a picnic spot is also known as Cold Comfort Common, appropriate on a wintry February afternoon with snow from the previous day still lying on the Gloucestershire hills
Day 7.
This is the more northerly of the two official picnic sites on the East of Tembwahata Pans. Good shade and also a concrete braai stand. Not sure that I saw any toilet facilities.
