"Never mind, just keep on eating!"
One from my Woburn visit that never got an airing.
It's been a busy, busy season for me. Hope you are all enjoying it.
Lots of memories too.
Thank you for coming by.

The Little Sable Point Light, established in 1874, is one of the oldest brick lighthouses in the Great Lakes System. This conical structure is located within the Silver Lake State Park, and is protected by the funding and care of the park.
A spinning garden ornament, made of metal.
The sunlight captured the sharpness of the item, and the softness of the silk web I hadn't seen until I had it on the computer.

I have a white tree.... I also have the traditional green... but like the white with nothing but silver and blue decorations on it.
The silver Noel was a gift from a friend about 20 years ago.

MBA Bi-Monthly is drawing to a close. It's been an excellent round, and I've rocked some awesome looks this month, but I think this one is particularly special in an understated way. It's often the case when you first try something on you're just not sure how to make it work, at least it was for me with this top from VINYL. VINYL as a brand has built up quite a fervent following and it's no wonder; they make great individual pieces, but when I tried this leather top on I just wasn't feeling it. That is until I added these trousers, part of the 'Lia' set from ELEGANCE BOUTIQUE. The unusual cut-out feature below the hip and the fabric texture works really well against the short styling of the VINYL 'Katy' top and as a combination they're perfect together. They have a boho vibe, enhanced even further by this statement necklace by YUMMY for N21. To complete the look I added a gorgeous style by RUNAWAY HAIR that I purchased at HAIR FAIR 2016, and added these absolutely perfect statement sandals from GLAMISTRY. These 'Columbine' sandals are just divine; the perfect combination of strap and sole with fabulous details such as rivets and textured bands. As you can see from the snap below they complement the trousers beautifully; both are so well constructed due to their texture choices that they just ooze quality. The snakeskin effect just takes the detailing on these onto the next level; they're an absolute must-have for summer 2016!
Oftentimes a look works for me because I can totally see myself wearing it in real life; this is one of those occasions. A simple look that's upscaled despite the simple styling due to the statement necklace and great textures; it's my absolute favourite creation from the latest round of the MBA BI-MONTHLY for JULY 2016.
You've got just a few days left to enjoy the event, don't delay!
