Started my first physio session back at Pure Sports Medicine. This time it's for my lower back - signs of getting old. Actually, in this case it's genetic. I had a MRI done last week and found out I have something called Bertolotti's syndrome. The good thing is the doctor said PT should hopefully address the symptoms which I can only describe as what I would think getting old feels like - with a constantly stiff and sore lower back.

I had physio and acupuncture today for my lower back, I just hope I start seeing some improvement, but I have been warned it may take quite a while to get it sorted! ;-( So, I am feeling quite sorry for myself at the moment and this was just a case of I need a shot for today and I so love the colour of these tulips, so that will do :-) No editing today for this one, just a very quick square crop and add my watermark :-)
Come check out my BLOG, I would would love to see you over there.

Our Physio was 40 this year and celebrated with an evening cruise for family, friends, and clients.
As we've contributed a fair amount towards the cost of the evening over the years of regular treatment for dance and cycling related injuries we accepted and had a good night.
We pootled slowly from Ocean Village to Calshot.
Original plan was to go up and down the solent but it was a bit choppy so we turned round and went back up the Test past the container port almost as far as Redbridge.
