Physio again today for my shoulder has left me in quite a bit of pain and with limited range of motion... Tomorrow I'm sure it will ease up a bit though.

I took this photograph outside of my physiotherapy clinic. Today was my first session to address my runner's knee. I'm still limping and in slight pain, but I'm hopeful that physio will help get me back to my normal activity level soon.
