Dr. John Jubilee is the head physician at Mpigi Health Centre IV in Mawokota County North, Uganda. A friend and special guest of the USC Institute for Global Health, Dr. John Jubilee, presented a lecture June 8, 2015, about his experiences working as the lead doctor for a rural Ugandan health center.
