. . . with a view! I cannot think of a better place to spend a sunset (well other than any place on Lake Michigan)! And besides, I can dangle my leg over the side and do my stretching exercises, thereby making my PT happy too.
Have a great week Facebook, Flickr, and 500px friends!

I have two photos of Anna, bought with her name and date of birth and death written on the back which made for an easy identification - her name is rather unusual so you won't get her mixed up with someone else.
Anna Margareta Thott was born July 28 1866 in Skabersjö, Skåne, Sweden and she died November 9 1917 in Stockholm. She was the daughter of Gustav Thott, who died in 1879, and Irmengard Margareta Charlotta Thott (they seem to have been distantly related, hence the same last name), who died in 1900. They had married in 1865 and had two children: Anna and her two years younger brother Fritz Gustaf Christian, who emigrated to Chicago in 1893. Anna never married, and in Stockholm she worked as a physical therapist.
I would date this photo to the 1890's.

I would date this photo to the late 1870's, most likely before the passing of her father.

We were so happy to get together with our friend, Betsy, who was in the islands on a business trip. Betsy and I were classmates at Northern Arizona University (class of '87) and we hadn't seen each other in 19 years. We went out for dinner and reminisced about the old days and had a lot of good laughs. It was a wonderful evening.
Lydia's physical therapist transfers her back into her stroller. Ahhh, another great session of standing.
