aye chihuahua ... chili peppers!

My son's newest favorite saying which has now became mine.

Has anyone seen TomTom? I am really in love with him and we have grown quite attached at the hip. Butt... I keep waiting for him to rear his ugly head as he keeps poking into trouble ;-)

2014: 365-10 Pepe and I want to go outside and play. It is rainy and dreary outside :( This is shot with the camera outside and through my glass front door with us inside. I have been in meetings all morning and am still in pjs and mussed up hair. A day in the life of me :)

Ever have one of those weeks that if you don't laugh, you're gonna cry? That is my week... so I choose to be punny until the dog days are over. It comes naturally for me :) Being punny that is :)

When trying to express oneself, it's frankly quite absurd,

To leaf through lengthy lexicons to find the perfect word.

A little spontaniaty keeps conversation keen,

You need to find a way to say, precisely what you mean...

Supercalifragilisticexpialidocious!

Even though the sound of it is something quite atrosicous!

If you say it loud enough, you'll always sound precocious,

This photo marks the halfway mark into year 2. I have taken a photo every day but some of them are still in my camera.

This one almost got lost in the shuffle of editing other photos, but I wanted to complete my TomTom set.

Thanks for all that inspire me every day!

MWAH!

2014: 365 - 51 NO TOLERANCE FOR BULLYING! You want me to go all MAMA BEAR on you... mess with my child or any child for that matter! I will not tolerate bullying.

2014: 365-9 Like Seriously ... how am I supposed to hide this thing? I got my new wireless remote today. This thing is huge! Okay so huge may be a good thing for some things, but how am I suppose to conceal this? Need a name for him... my last one was Tom-Tom. Open to suggestions...

2014: 365-12 Still sick, and feeling like I am never going to get my Christmas decorations put up/away, so I might as well put them to good use :) My strategy this 365 days is not to take more than 5 shots to get a picture to post. In other words I am not going to get my tinsel in a tangle nor sweat the small stuff! There will be days of genius, days of blah, and days somewhere in the middle.

2014: 365 - 77 Went to the bookstore to replace some of our soft cover books with hard backs and a man was sitting by himself with a stack of books on the table. He called me over and said here is a book about teens fighting in Japan for the future... if you are into that sort of thing. I immediately thought "NO!" then I thought of my recent reading list... OMG I guess I am. Are we coming to a world where it is okay to send our youth into battle against evil be it a witch/warlock/demon/vampire or to be used as an experiment or game or sacrifice. Could I send my teens? WOW! I need to revisit my reading list/movies... but I have to say they were all good! It is just the topic that is questionable.

I notified TomTom that this would be his last sp showing with me... Something tells me TomTom is in CONTROLand is not going to let me go.

Inspired by this

2014: 365-16 Today I had to train customers in the UK, so I thought it only fitting that I got out my tiara and my "cherrios" ;-) I was on break here listening to Royals...

Let me be your ruler, you can call me queen B

And baby I'll rule I'll rule I'll rule I'll rule.

Let me live that fantasy.

The outtakes were hilarious as I was dancing and of course Pepe had to join in... he loves to dance! :) outtakes

At Dorothy Pond, Millbury MA

I always loved Reluctant Suburbanite's original and told her that one day I would copycat it. Although I wish I had her legs and the room in my kitchen to get a proper copycat... but you get the idea! Today was just the day to try this. Although 6am came very early to play with a turkey :) TRIVIA: The first turkey I ever cooked on my own, I cooked upside down in the pan. It wasn't a pretty roasted color, but that was the moistest turkey I have ever had.

Of course TomTom (my remote) had to make an appearance. Apparently he has a thing for turkey's and drumsticks :) So my thanks goes to =Tom= for going the extra mile and sending me the link to unite me and TomTom. :) And to all the fuggers that inspire me and make me laugh on a daily basis!

Hope everyone has a Happy Thanksgiving and for my International peeps. May today be a day you are thankful for the blessings over past year.

How am I going to hide this remote? It's not like I can stuff it in my bra.

POOF! A picture!

Alt. Title: Stirred not shaken

2014: 365-14 I just can't seem to focus/remember things. Could be something to do with this head cold or pre-menopause or CMS disease... who knows. My Momma said to say "there'd be days like this" and my Daddy used to say "he could ride to Pennsylvania on that lip" Guess things don't change even when you are an adult. I just want the good ol' days when I didn't have to worry and I could remember ... ummm what was I trying to say? :)

I don't understand why my sons don't want me to take them to school in my pjs and bedhead!!! WINK WINK!

I really am winking, but my hair is covering that eye. See the squinty nose :)

My very first time going here. Miss information regarding the place and luckily we all made it safe and "dry".

The rocks are not that visible due to high tides and wrong location. Soon I'll be back to get the right location.

ps: Damn I so liking the stacking effect of the ND's

Super outing to Belalong National Park in Temburong district with the buddies.

2014: 365 - 42 AYE CHIHUAHUA... this has been my saying all week. It is so fitting. Pumpkin was a good sport helping me out with my sp :)

2014: 365-11 SOOC = Straight out of camera... .SICK = Sniffly Incapacitated Coughing Konked. Boys went to lake to check on boat I stayed home going between bed/covers and floor/coolness. Pepe has been there to take care of me

I have decided to name my new remote TomTom in honor of =Tom= who recommended this one to me.

I am going to do a series of trying to hide TomTom while taking sps. Sort of like Where's Waldo only Where's TomTom.

Of course the first place he wanted/had to go was down my shirt. Ummm yeah... is it getting warm? :)

This is me with Sabby Cat. I was testing the Phottix remote with my Nikon D300. Works like a charm.

A longer (5 minutes i think) exposure of the Fraser as it runs through downtown Prince George.
