Back from Scotland with many dark pics to deliver. Weather was "Scottish" but it was what I like.

First Photo with the Eilean Donan Castle which is a great door to The Isle of Skye.

I hope you will like these pics :-) !!

I haven't touched my camera in so long. Just got a new laptop and Lightroom 4 and Photoshop CS6 so I'm excited to start using those.

I was just tryin' out my macro attachment in this image, nothing special.

Using a soft focus filter to make this picture look old. It was taken in Meeriden, CT at the barn at Miller Memorial at 267 Olive St., near the Broad St. intersection. I'm trying ssmething new with this image, by taking the extreme starpness out of the image. and softening it up a bit, but leaving the color saturation and white balance, pretty much as taken.

Endlessly...

On an afternoon visit to Clevedon, Somerset, UK, the mist in the estuary just about hid the Welsh coast. Fortunately this seemed to leave the historic pier floating.

The Nissan 350Z (known as Nissan Fairlady Z Z33 in Japan) is a two-seat sports car that was manufactured by Nissan Motors from 2002 to 2009 and marks the fifth generation of Nissan's Z-car line. The 350Z entered production in late 2002 and was sold and marketed as a 2003 model. The first year there was only a coupe, as the roadster did not debut until the following year. Initially, the coupe came in base, Enthusiast, Performance, Touring and Track versions, while the roadster was limited to Enthusiast and Touring trim levels. The Track trim came with lightweight wheels and Brembo brakes, but its suspension tuning was the same as all other coupes. The Nissan 350Z has been succeeded by the 370Z for the 2009 model year. Image created from multiple exposures blended together in Photoshop CS6 layers using the "Lighten" blend mode. All exposures were taken with a single Einstein strobe with a 22" beauty dish attached to a boom arm. Send me a FlickrMail message, and I'll be more than happy to send you some information on mostly how I photograph this style and what equipment I use.
