Greek Philosopher Linus isnt actually part of the original Peanuts on Parade series although it is the exact dimensions. It was completed by TivoliToo Inc. in 2012 (they designed many of the other statues in the series). It is located just in front of the building. If you are looking to get a photo, I would recommend a time when school is out as this street can get crowded during drop-off/pick-up hours.

The arrow does point roughly in the direction of the Philosophers Trail in McLaren Park, but it's far from there.
