The lowly Phillies came into Wrigley Field and swept the Cubs. Following Saturday's no-hitter, the Phillies pounded Cubs picking on Sunday to sweep the series. This sweep may give Theo pause before trading minor league assets for a big name pitcher.

Phillies won, of course. Wah. I loved that they played the week I was visiting both cities, though.

Some people celebrated while others took things too far and rioted and vandalized in Philadelphia on the eve of the Philadelphia Phillies World Series win. I was in the middle of it all, with my camera.

Phil and Friends played an amazing set of music at the Lock'n Music Festival held in Arrington, Va.

We drove 8 hours out of our way just so that I could see Phil Coke. Thankfully he pitched that night*. I was wearing my "Coke 33" shirt (sorry, Bru) and cheering loudly behind the plate.

*the results don't matter, it was a weird game all around...
